Our return policy is stringent, however, it is important that our customers understand that our products are for personal use. That is the reason why we need to implement a sound return policy. Please read carefully the policies below to confirm if the return process can be initiated.
- The refund is subject to the items condition.
- The return department requires the RMA authorization number.
- Make sure that everything that was received in the package is returned.
- Items returned incomplete or with missing parts are subject to additional fees.
- Items must be returned within one week of receiving the RMA notification.
- We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- We will initiate a refund using the original method of payment.
- The time frame to receive the refund depends on your card issuer.
- Items can only be returned within the 30 days of purchase.
- Returns are subject to authorization on a case to case basis.
- Items must be returned in resalable conditions.
Return Instructions
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please follow the instructions below to return the package by requesting a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
- Please request via email an RMA number.
- Provide the reason for the return in the email.
- The RMA number is the return authorization.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the package, not on the gift box.
- Affixed a note to the package to let us know what was the issue with the item.
- Make sure to include in this note your address and phone number.
